After a treasure hunt with a metal detector I found a thimbleful. The tiny object fascinated me, for it was once a much used object that had been degraded to being a souvenir that has completely lost its function. It made me think about the things people are going to dig up in 100 years from now, and how they won’t know what we used there objects for. So I made it a little easier for them, and made a series of objects that don’t have a specific function to begin with.
